Eligibility Conditions

  • Products must be in their original, new condition, unworn, and with the original IYS tag attached.
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
  • Items without the IYS tag, or requests submitted after 14 days, are not eligible for any post-purchase action.
  • Each order is allowed one post-purchase action only (exchange, refund, or both in a single request).
  • For mixed requests (some items exchanged, others refunded), this must be clearly mentioned in the comments section of the request form. Mixed requests are only allowed for items within the same order.
  • Items are not reserved, and exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Discounted & Sale / Offer Items

  • Items purchased with a discount code or during a sale/offer period can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size or color (if available), subject to stock availability.
  • For “Buy X Get Y” promotions, items cannot be refunded individually. All items in the order must be returned to receive a full refund.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs related to approved exchange or return requests.
